Good game! Crap developers!

Ive been stuck at level 30 for a month! Every time I earn enough points to level up it resets my points for that level! So I email them and tell them this every time I earn enough points and should be leveling up and they tell me to not send them emails about the same problem as it will delay their response! Seriously? Ive been stuck at this level for a month and I should be four or five levels further then where I am! And they cant handle me emailing them every four days? Im done. F**k this game and their lame developers! And now the game wont even load!!! I keep re-loading it from App Store and same result: clicked on it and it starts to load the game then abruptly closes like its bugged...What an utter waste of time! Infinitely stupid!!!
